Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit as listed on the checkout page or invoice is required to secure your place at the retreat.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the retreat. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiting your spot.
Payment plans are available upon request. Please contact us to arrange a plan.
Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellation: Cancellations made two months prior to the event are eligible for a refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Organizer Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur, such as travel arrangements or accommodations outside of the retreat dates.
Health & Liability
You acknowledge that participation in yoga and other retreat activities may involve physical movement and that you voluntarily assume any risks associated with such activities. It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional regarding any health concerns prior to the retreat.
We are not liable for any injuries, health conditions, or accidents that may occur during the retreat.
You agree to inform the retreat organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary needs upon registration.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including trip cancellations, illness, or emergencies.
Use of Photography
By participating in the retreat, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please inform us in advance.
Code of Conduct
To foster a supportive and respectful environment, we ask that all participants conduct themselves in a respectful and inclusive manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
