Meet Hana
Hana is a Master Certified Life & Success Coach and Yoga Teacher. She was a Registered Massage Therapist for 15 years, working for professional and international level sports teams and has a rich background in working with people from a holistic, mind, body, soul perspective. She was the massage therapist and yoga teacher for the Canadian Womenâs National Soccer Team for several years and was a part of the bronze medal winning teamâs medical staff at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
She has studied the nervous system and its relationship to yoga at length over the last decade. As a committed, life-long student, she continues to expand her depth of knowledge to serve her clients at the highest level.
Hana now coaches and mentors people who seek a life that is deeply fulfilling, honors their soul's desires, and embraces their full potentialâall while cultivating balance, inner peace, and resilience. . She guides her clients on transformative journeys, focusing on deep self-love, acceptance, and taking courageous action in life through private coaching, group programs, and international retreats.
